The Eddie Gray lounge is available in the North West Corner offering a range of refreshments. Access to the Eddie Gray lounge is restricted to disabled supporters and their personal assistants only due to limited capacity. No additional family members will be admitted. Toilets are operated with radar keys, available on matchdays from designated stewards.

Car parking is also available (although limited) in Leeds City Council spaces in front of the East Stand.

Headsets for visually impared supporters are available on a pre-booking basis by contacting Tracey via the number/e-mail below. To utilise a headset, a deposit of £20 is required. All headsets must be returned to the West Stand Security Office immediately after the game. The deposit will be refunded upon receipt of the headset. Any headsets not returned will be charged the full cost of replacing the headset and unit.

DISABLED TICKET POLICY (HOME GAMES)

Tickets for home games initially go on sale to club Members approximately four weeks before each game. club Members have an exclusive eight-day period to book their tickets ahead of general sale.

General sale will commence upon conclusion of the Members priority booking period, approximately three weeks before the game. You can purchase up to nine tickets per application.

We reserve the right to amend on-sale dates or change the selling procedure for any fixture. Dates of fixtures and kick-off times are subject to change.

Disabled tickets are sold on a 'first come first served' basis and we accept bookings online, post, telephone or in person at the Ticket Office Counters in the Elland Road Superstore.

Our policy is based solely on eligibility to claim Disability Living Allowance (DLA) in conjunction with our club specific points system.

All disabled fans must provide a copy of their DLA entitlement letter that specifies their benefit in order for their points to be calculated. Please note the copy of the DLA entitlement must be in date at the time of applying for tickets.

The points system will be used to determine the eligibility to obtain a disabled ticket and the requirement for a personal assistant.

Points will be awarded for the Care Component and the Mobility Component of DLA:

We will award 5 points for a higher rate, 3 points for a medium rate and 1 point for low rate.

If a disabled fan has 5 or more points then they would qualify for the disabled concession ticket (If concession available) and they would be able to be accompanied by a personal assistant at no extra cost.

Disabled fans with 4 points would qualify for the disabled concession ticket (If concession available) but not for a complimentary ticket for a personal assistant. The person accompanying the disabled supporter would pay the published price for their age.

Any disabled fans with 3 points or less do not qualify and must pay the published price, although they can purchase tickets in the designated disabled areas for easier access. Any person attending with the disabled supporter would also pay the published price.

Tickets are not available in all areas of the ground as we have designated areas of seating for disabled supporters.

MATCHDAY RESPONSIBILITIES OF DISABLED TICKET HOLDERS AND PERSONAL ASSISTANTS (PA)

- A Personal Assistant will be admitted without charge in line with our club specific points system on condition that the PA provides support and assistance to the disabled supporter as required.

- The club require the disabled supporter and Personal Assistant to enter the ground at the same time, through the relevant disabled entrances.

- Personal Assistants who attend a match without the disabled supporter being present will need to purchase a ticket from the Ticket Office before entering the ground as the PA ticket will be invalid. The complimentary ticket for a Personal Assistant is only valid when the disabled supporter is in attendance.

- If the level of help the disabled person requires in the stadium changes at any time either the disabled person or someone on their behalf must notify our Disabled Coordinator as soon as reasonably possible.

- Personal Assistants under the age of 16 years should notify the stewards at the time of entry into the Stadium via the disabled entrances, of their location in the ground in case help is required e.g. during an emergency evacuation or any other instance.

For those disabled supporters who do not require a ticket for a personal assistant, the club have in place Disabled help stewards in the stadium on match days.

Disabled help stewards provide assistant including:

- Help with entry into the ground and location of seat/position and exiting from the ground;

- Safe evacuation should it be necessary
