Matchday ticket prices have been frozen for the 2013/14 Championship season - with the new addition of concessionary prices in all areas of the stadium...

Junior tickets will be priced at just £10 per game in the Family Stand, whilst adult tickets are priced from £20.

* Within our Family Area in the East Stand there are sections at the North end reserved for Club Members and designated sections at the South end for Non Members.

A member can purchase three tickets (must include a concession)

In the non members sections, to ensure that the family mix is maintained a ratio of two adults to one junior will apply

Concession match ticket prices are available to:

Senior Citizens aged 60+
Juniors under 16
Young adults aged between 16 and 21
Students in full time education aged 22+

The club has introduced brand new matchday concession prices for young adults aged 16 to 21 and full time students aged 22+. Any fans wishing to purchase Young Adult or Student tickets will need to apply to Ticket Services for a Club Photo ID card. The ID card will be required for use on matchdays. Young Adults / Students will need to present both their Club photo ID card and concession match ticket at the turnstile in order to gain entry.

The club is seeking to implement a new 'Dynamic Ticket Pricing Solution' part way into the season, subject to approval from the Football League and our fellow Championship clubs.

The new scheme is demand-based, and has already been adopted by a number of clubs in both the Championship and Premier League. The club are currently working with our ticketing partners on the launch, and fans will bekept informed of the progress.

 

GENERAL STAND INFORMATION

John Charles West Stand

The West Stand is traditionally known as the 'Main Stand'. This is the location where the players run out of the tunnel.

East Stand Family Area

This area is recommended for Family Groups.

Within our Family Area there are sections at the North end reserved for Club Members. A Member can purchase three tickets (must include a concession).

Designated sections are located at the South end for Non-Members. In the Non-Members section, to ensure that the family mix is maintained a ratio of two adults per one concession applies.

This area has excellent concourse facilities including a FamilyZone. Pre-match activities take place in the FamilyZone and can include balloon artists, face painters, singers, dancers, magicians and much more.

The club will strictly monitor the behaviour and language of fans in this section to protect the family environment. Foul and abusive language will not be tolerated in the Family Area.

East Stand Upper

The East Stand Upper is not recommended for supporters who suffer from vertigo or supporters who have difficulty walking. Children under the age of five are not permitted in this stand.

North and South Stands

The North and South Stands are the busiest and most vocal areas of the Stadium. These areas are not recommended for young children or family groups. Although monitored, supporters in these stands have a tendency to stand throughout the game.

Bremner Suite

Purchase a ticket in the Bremner Suite and have exclusive access to an executive bar, a reserved padded seat in the West Stand, dedicated entrance, and private toilet facilities. You have access to the Suite at half time and post match whilst you wait for the traffic to disperse.

Visiting fans

The visiting fans are located at the South End of the John Charles West Stand. Visiting supporters need to contact their club in advance of the game to purchase tickets.

Further information

Fans that purchase additional tickets on their Membership / customer number will be responsible for the conduct of those fans they have purchased tickets for.

The club reserve the right to restrict the maximum number of tickets available to purchase for high profile fixtures to avoid tickets being made available through unauthorised sources.

We reserve the right to amend on sale dates or change the selling procedure for any fixture. Dates of fixtures and kick off times are subject to change.
